Sometimes we get stuck in a rut.

It is not easy to be constantly on top of things, especially when we are bombarded with messages of positivity.

Here are 10 tips if you feel passionless!

1) Acknowledge what you are feeling

Running away from your feelings and just beating yourself about feeling passionless will wear you down. Instead, you have to acknowledge what is going on.

Be gentle to yourself and open your mind in order to see that other people live similar lives.

If you are looking for proof for your claims that everyone else is enjoying fulfilled lives on social media, you can be sure that you are sitting in a bubble.

The realization that you are not satisfied with the way you are living your life is the first step towards making some changes.

Even though the first steps towards making a better life for you could be a true struggle, you can be sure that your dedication will pay off in the end.

Besides changing yourself and trying to implement some new ways, it is also necessary to change your environment.

If you are constantly bombarded with all kinds of messages on social media, or there is simply too much pressure on you at work, you will feel like there is no point in taking action because it won’t change anything for you personally.

However, if you surround yourself with people that inspire and motivate you to make some changes, or if you take a vacation away from the city to find solitude (and peace of mind!), your passion might just return.

2) Work on and develop your skills of mindfulness and focus, so you can identify when things are not working for you

Mindfulness is the ability to see things as they are, not how they are supposed to be.

If you wait until something bad happens before you acknowledge your feelings, it can be too late.

Instead, practice mindfulness where and when you can, i.e., in the morning every day and when something changes within you.

Invest in learning new skills that could help you make progress in life.

If you are stuck in a job that you hate, you can always focus on pursuing something else.

The world is full of possibilities, so take advantage of the numerous possibilities that are coming your way so you can make a stand for yourself.

If you are tired of always being in the same situation, you can choose to discover new things that will give you more enthusiasm, excitement, and passion.

If there is something that makes your heart dance, do not let it pass by!

We only have one life, and we owe it to ourselves to find the things that make us happy about getting up in the morning.

However, in order to learn about yourself and unlock your passions, you have to be honest with yourself.

Take a look at your desires, take a good look at your inner world and see what is moving you or preventing you from enjoying your life to the fullest.

Start doing lots of little things that you enjoy, to create a habit of enjoying your life and yourself!

The key is in small, positive changes. Every day when you wake up, do something nice for yourself or do something that makes you feel good about yourself.

It could be as simple as removing the negative thoughts from your mind or spending some time with someone that makes you smile and forget about all the stuff that is going on around you.

3) Learn new skills that can help you feel happier and more fulfilled about life

Building your confidence takes time, but there are some fast ways of getting started with building confidence (and reducing stress).

So what can you do to change your life around?

Begin with yourself. Stop searching for external fixes to sort out your life, deep down, you know this isn’t working.

And that’s because until you look within and unleash your personal power, you’ll never find the satisfaction and fulfillment you’re searching for.

I learned this from the shaman Rudá Iandê. His life mission is to help people restore balance to their lives and unlock their creativity and potential. He has an incredible approach that combines ancient shamanic techniques with a modern-day twist.

In his excellent free video, Rudá explains effective methods to achieve what you want in life.

So if you want to build a better relationship with yourself, unlock your endless potential, and put passion at the heart of everything you do, start now by checking out his genuine advice.

4) Stay away from social media, don’t watch TV, and avoid playing video games

People usually do all these things just to forget their problems and detach from reality.

To truly start feeling passionate again, take some time to feel the reality and see your life for what it really is.

If you have a toxic environment around you, it is very hard to feel passionate about your life and the world in general.

In order to start feeling passionate again, try finding someone who does inspire you, and you can confide in so that he or she can help pick up your spirits when needed.

If you keep watching what everyone else does and think that they are enjoying their lives more than you do, you can be sure that you will be struggling with frustration and lack of passion which will lead you to unhappiness.

Instead, choose to be offline every day for at least a few hours, and you can be sure that you will be able to see the difference.

All the distractions that we use in our daily lives are simply ways to numb the pain and to forget what is going on in our lives.

They cause us to block out the reality of our lives and further make us feel like nothing will ever be good enough for us.

All of this leads to the next thing – the necessity of finding a better balance in life.

You can do that by getting rid of all the unnecessary things and stop accumulating more things that can stress you out later.

If you want to find happiness, you need to seek the truth, and we tend not to do that when we are too busy with everyday life.

5) Go out and do something every day that makes you happy – and keep it up!

Sometimes people don’t even know what makes them happy.

This usually happens when we are committed to fulfilling someone else’s needs instead of ours.

Here’s the deal – the circumstances sometimes make us suppress our needs and feelings.

In order to fall in love with your life, you have to make yourself the priority again.

And in order to start feeling passionate again, you have to just dare and go out and do something that makes you happy for a change!

Find a purpose that fits your personality and really enjoy it!

There are many things we do because we think it is our purpose in life or because we feel like being productive.

Schedule some time for yourself every day and do what makes you feel good.

Trust me, it will be worth it. You will soon notice that this will help you feel more fulfilled.

Learning new things is a great way to develop your skills and have fun at the same time.

It is not only good for your brain, but it also opens up many opportunities for you in life and helps you become more creative.

Learning something new can help you step out of your comfort zone and see life from a different perspective.

6) Look at yourself in the mirror, smile at what you see – your own beauty and uniqueness

Every person in this world is unique and has something that simply makes them different from every other person in this world.

This is the point where you will need to start showing appreciation for everything that you have and that makes you different.

You have to love yourself, your uniqueness, and everything that is special about you.

Think about the things you could do to feel better in your skin and do it.

Treat yourself the way you treat others, give yourself a little bit of that selfless attention and see what happens.

The first thing you will notice is that you have stopped comparing yourself to other people.

You don’t have to be the biggest or the strongest, you don’t have to win every time, and you certainly don’t have to be as good as other people.

In reality, no one is, and there is always room for improvement.

When we compare ourselves with others, we lose sight of what we are capable of achieving and all the good qualities that make us unique persons.

7) Meditate, focus on breathing, and be mindful of what is going on in your body

With our hectic lives and the need to constantly do something and be productive, it is hard to actually be able to be in the present moment.

Perhaps you have so many things on your mind that you simply could not process so far, but I get it, letting those feelings out can be hard, especially if you’ve spent so long trying to stay in control of them.

If that’s the case, I highly recommend watching this free breathwork video, created by the shaman, Rudá Iandê.

Rudá isn’t another self-professed life coach. Through shamanism and his own life journey, he’s created a modern-day twist to ancient healing techniques.

The exercises in his invigorating video combine years of breathwork experience and ancient shamanic beliefs, designed to help you relax and check in with your body and soul.

After many years of suppressing my emotions, Rudá’s dynamic breathwork flow quite literally revived that connection.

And that’s what you need:

A spark to reconnect you with your feelings so that you can begin focusing on the most important relationship of all – the one you have with yourself.

So if you’re ready to take back control over your mind, body, and soul, if you’re ready to say goodbye to anxiety and stress, check out his genuine advice below.

8) Create memories with friends and family

We tend to forget just how important our family is to us, and we don’t show our friends how much we love having them in our lives.

One of the best ways to start feeling passionate again is to make some memories with your family and friends.

You can do things like baking a cake, going out for dinner at a nice restaurant or just playing board games with them.

Take some time to be offline and enjoy some time together, so you can completely relax and enjoy their company.

Most often, we tend to hide our true feelings because we aren’t sure how others will react to them.

However, what happens is that we end up eating our emotions, and eventually, they start weighing us down again.

Think about your relationships and ways you can improve the way you treat each other.

Show gratitude by organizing something nice for your parents and siblings, so you can feel this energy and let it motivate you to do better and to feel happy.

9) Try new things

Here’s the thing – the more things you try in life, the more fulfilled you will feel.

The passion is often found in the places we least expect it.

Be open to new things and trust that you have what it takes to enjoy life.

In the end, you will have the chance to embrace who you really are.

There is nothing more amazing than being able to feel passionate again about your life.

Basically, it is a great opportunity to stop feeling emotional and depressed, so you can start feeling happy, confident, and fulfilled once more.

You can start small, by preparing some new meal that you have been thinking about for a while or go to the new restaurant that you like.

Maybe you could start going to the gym and do something nice for your body.

Pay attention to the food you are eating.

Try to turn to more nutritious food, so you can feel better and healthier. Try the new foods.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with different types of food, spices, and flavors. You just have to make sure that you’ve enjoyed it!

Go out there, find something new and do it each day.

No matter how small or simple it may seem to be, you will feel a new sense of passion building inside of you.

Try focusing on what it is that you’re about to say, eat or do before you actually do it.

After a while, you will start appreciating all the little things in life, and you will feel much more fulfilled because of that.

10) Celebrate your small achievements and feel grateful

There are many good things in life that you might have taken for granted due to the lack of passion in your life.

Try spending some time every day admiring nature, flowers, or thinking of something or someone who makes you feel grateful.

You can also take a moment to be grateful for the things you have every day, like your job, your home, and other things that you may not think about.

The feeling of gratitude will help you start feeling passionate again.

Just because everything is not good in life at the moment doesn’t mean you’re missing out on something else.

Final thoughts

We tend to put so much weight on our shoulders just because the world expects us to do so.

Take up the challenge to be passionate in life, and you will find that this feeling is like a snowball rolling down the hill – it will happen if you keep pushing it!

Stop for a moment and think about your life.

When it comes to your personal spiritual journey, which toxic habits have you unknowingly picked up?

Is it the need to be positive all the time? Is it a sense of superiority over those who lack spiritual awareness?

Even well-meaning gurus and experts can get it wrong.

The result?

You end up achieving the opposite of what you’re searching for. You do more to harm yourself than to heal.

You may even hurt those around you.

In this eye-opening video, the shaman Rudá Iandé explains how so many of us fall into the toxic spirituality trap. He himself went through a similar experience at the start of his journey.

But with over 30 years of experience in the spiritual field, Rudá now confronts and tackles popular toxic traits and habits.

As he mentions in the video, spirituality should be about empowering yourself. Not suppressing emotions, not judging others, but forming a pure connection with who you are at your core.

Even if you’re well into your spiritual journey, it’s never too late to unlearn the myths you’ve bought for truth!
